Ust-Luga - North Industrial Park

Ust-Luga - North Industrial Park is located to the north of Ust-Luga Sea Port and borders on M-11 and A-121 roads. The territory of Ust-Luga - North Industrial Park spreads over 3.5 km. The total site area is 335 hectares (see position 3 of the Masterplan).
 

The territory is aimed at establishment of Ust-Luga International Cargo Airport and Aerotropolis as well as at construction of industrial enterprises, location of open cargo storage areas and warehouses, container terminals, premises for offices and for storage of oversized goods, etc. The industrial territory consists of several clusters where it is possible to locate enterprises of danger classes 1-5.
