Ust-Luga - South Industrial Park

Ust-Luga - South Industrial Park is located 500 m from the border of Ust-Luga Sea Port. It borders closely on A-121 road (see position 2 of the Masterplan). The territory of Ust-Luga - South Industrial Park starts from port entrance No 1 and spreads over 5.5 km alongside the port from the north to the south to port entrance No 2. The total site area is 620 hectares.

The territory is aimed at construction of industrial enterprises, location of open cargo storage areas and warehouses, container terminals and bulk cargo, premises for offices and storage of oversized goods, etc. The industrial territory consists of several clusters where it is possible to locate enterprises of danger classes 1-5.
