Deputy Chairman of the Board

He was born in 1965. He graduated from Military University of the USSR Ministry of Defence with a degree in Military Law (a higher military educational institution preparing officers with a Military Law degree) and from Institute of State and Law of the USSR Academy of Science (the largest scientific legal centre in the Russian Federation). He served in Military Justice. Since 1991 he has held key positions in law firms. Since the end of 1995 he has been appointed to the position of the Head of Law Department in Joint-Stock Company "Bill Clearing Interindustrial House of Fuel and Energy Complex" and has been elected into the Board of Directors. Since 2007 he has been a General Manager of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex Project. Since 2008 he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex".

General Director

He was born in 1956. He graduated from MePhi (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute). From 1975 he worked as a technician, an engineer, a senior engineer and a department head in Union Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Design. From 1984 to 1988 he was a Chairman of the Trade Union Committee. Since 1990 he has held key positions in different industrial, trade and designing companies such as Igra-Technika, Joint-Stock Company of Closed Type "Concern Complex", Closed Joint-stock Company "Erker". Since 2010 he has been a General Director of LLC "Multimodal Complex "Ust-Luga".
