Our project also envisages construction of Ust-Luga Life Park Cottage Estate with 760 cottages on the territory of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex near Smenkovo village. Ust-Luga Life Park low-rise residential area is a European-like, beautiful, modern and guarded settlement with all conveniences.

There is everything you need for living and there is nothing extra. There are convenient and spacious decorated apartments for the whole family with their own barbecue sites. There are improved areas, playgrounds and sports grounds, a polite operational service.

Characteristics of the estate are as follows: 

• The total area of the build-up territory is 40 hectares.
• The total construction area is 70 000 sq. m.
• The number of apartments-houses is 760 (including 8 representative offices).
• The area of apartments is from 35 to 210 sq.m.
• Form: row houses with an interior decoration and a land site.
• Own social service of the cottage estate includes a 2000 sq.m commercial centre, 2 conference halls for 50 and 100 people, a grocery shop, a bank outlet, a pharmacy kiosk, 4 universal sports grounds, 4 playgrounds and a kindergarten for 80 children.
