“Environmentally Oriented Approaches to the Use of the Space of the Russian Part of the Baltic Sea” Workshop

Dear ladies and gentlemen!

 

From August 12 to August 14, 2015 our company participated in “Environmentally oriented approaches to the use of the space of the Russian part of the Baltic Sea” workshop in Saint Petersburg. The workshop was conducted under the Russian German project for maritime spatial planning.

 

Mr. Erofeev, the General Director of LLC “Multimodal complex Ust-Luga”, was a speaker with” Infrastructure Industrial Development Planning of Ust-Luga Multimodal Hub” report. It was about industrial development of the portside territory of Ust-Luga Sea Port and establishment of conditions to attract industrial investors to the industrial parks of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex.

 

On August 14, 2015 the participants of the workshop went to the area of Ust-Luga Sea Port, visited a terminal of Novatek – Ust-Luga and were familiarized with its work. The conference hall of Novatek company hosted a meeting of the workshop’s participants and Mr. Geshele, the Head of the Administration of Kingiseppsky district in Leningrad region. Mr. Geshele told about a work of the district’s administration aimed at development of Ust-Luga Sea Port and the portside territories where Ust-Luga multimodal Complex Project was located in particular. Mr. Lavrenov, the Head of the Administration head of Vistino rural settlement municipal unit, also made a report on a work of the administration to develop settlement planning documents for facilities located in the settlement, such as approval of the settlement’s Master Plan and approval of rules for land use and settlement’s housing.

 

Mr. Schevchenko, the Regional Director of LLC “Multimodal complex Ust-Luga”, also made a speech in front of the audience and detailed the structure of Ust-Luga Multimodal Complex Project.
